Returns & Exchanges

At Nandini, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below. The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of our terms and conditions which you may access here.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 days from the date of shipment.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.
  • Custom-made and altered items are not eligible for return or exchange as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
  • Hygiene & Safety Policy: Opened or used sealed products are not eligible for return.
  • Orders once placed are not eligible for cancellation.
  • To ensure a smooth process, we request customers to record a video while opening the package. This will help us assist you better in case any concerns arise regarding your order.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us Immediately – Initiate your return by reaching out via WhatsApp at +91 9515558829 within the return window.
  2. Pack the Item Securely – Ensure the product is properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Attach the Prepaid Return Label – Use the prepaid mailing label included in your package, in case the prepaid mailing label is not included in your package, please contact our Support Team. 
  4. Ship the Package – Drop off at the nearest courier service or schedule a pickup if available in your area.
  5. Ensure Proper Communication – The return process must be coordinated with our support team. If the product does not reach us or if there is a lapse in communication, the return request may be declined.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If your requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit instead.
  • Customers can request size exchanges if the product is available.

Store Credit & Discount Coupon Policy

  • Refunds are not available. Instead, customers will receive a store credit note with a discount coupon code applicable across all our online and offline platforms.
  • The store credit amount is determined based on the condition of the product received by us after inspection.
  • Discount codes provided as part of store credit cannot be combined with other offers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the product.
  • A replacement will be provided if the item is defective or incorrect. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a store credit note with a discount coupon code that can be redeemed across all online and offline platforms, including any official brand showcases.

International Returns

  • International customers must arrange their own return shipping.
  • Duties and customs charges are non-refundable.


Delivery Timelines & Services

We work with trusted logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, and regional couriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently to your chosen location.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 working days
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 working days
  • Same Day Delivery (Hyderabad only): Available for ready-to-buy pieces. Orders placed before 6 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 6 PM will be delivered the following day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there might be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or contact details provided during checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the courier company will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days. 

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 5 - 7 business days from dispatch.

While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we are not responsible for delays due to custom clearances or failed payment approvals.
