Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Duties and customs charges may apply. Returns for international orders must be arranged by the client through a courier service of their choice.

How to order a Sold-out piece?

If a piece is marked sold out, please contact us directly. We will assess availability of materials and craftsmanship time before confirming if a repeat is possible. Priority is given to made-to-order and bridal requests.

Do you also offer Ready-to-wear?

Customised and made-to-measure designs are final sale and not eligible for return. In the rare event of any concern with your order, please reach out to our Client Service team for assistance.

How do I take care of my clothing pieces?

Our garments have been exclusively created with quality materials and innovative techniques. To ensure its longevity, we advise storing your pieces in a cotton garment cover and in a dry and cool space. In case of rain or snow, hang it up to dry and clean it delicately with a soft cloth to remove any stains.

Dry cleaning is recommended on products. Please refer to the care label in your garment for specific cleaning recommendations.

What are the return policy at NANDINI?

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued as store credit. Opened sealed items and custom-made or altered garments are not eligible for return. For full policy details, refer to our Delivery & Returns section.

Do you offer returns on Custom Design?

Customised and made-to-measure designs are made as per your specifications and cannot be returned, unless received damaged upon delivery. For full policy details, refer to our Delivery & Returns section.

When could I receive my order once placed?

Delivery timelines vary by product type and availability. Ready pieces typically ship within 3–5 working days. For made-to-order or altered pieces, delivery time will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

What are your Bridal & Occasion wear Services?

Our bridal and occasion wear services include personalised consultations, custom design options, fabric and fit guidance, and exclusive alteration support. To schedule a private session, contact our Client Service.
