Access to this Website, as well as the use and purchase of its content and products, is subject to the terms set forth below. By accessing the Website or placing an order, the customer agrees to have irrevocably accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”).
II. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1 Ownership
All elements appearing on the Website—including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, layout, trademarks, and source code—are the exclusive intellectual property of NANDINI. Any use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of content from the Website (in whole or in part) is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Sanctions
Any unauthorised use of the Website’s content may result in legal action under applicable Indian intellectual property laws, including but not limited to infringement proceedings, monetary penalties, and criminal charges where applicable.
2.3 Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks redirecting to any part of the Website are strictly prohibited without written approval from NANDINI. External websites linking to the Website are not under NANDINI’s control, and we disclaim all responsibility for their content or data practices.
III. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms apply to all sales made via the Website, including custom orders and remote purchases made through official WhatsApp or direct communication with NANDINI Client Services. These Terms govern the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the transaction, including but not limited to order placement, product availability, pricing, delivery, and returns.
Orders may only be placed by individuals acting as consumers and not for commercial resale. By placing an order, the customer affirms that they are purchasing for personal use and not on behalf of a business or resale operation.
IV. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products listed on the Website are available in limited quantities. Each piece is either one-of-a-kind or produced in small batches to preserve exclusivity. While we strive to maintain real-time inventory accuracy, there may be rare instances where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, the customer will be contacted directly to discuss alternatives or cancellation.
Customised and made-to-measure garments are subject to availability of materials and workshop capacity. NANDINI reserves the right to decline requests for customisation without obligation.
V. ORDERING PROCESS
5.1 Online Orders
Orders may be placed via the Website or through direct contact with NANDINI Client Services. For online orders, the customer must follow the checkout process and confirm acceptance of these Terms prior to payment. Once confirmed, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
5.2 Custom Orders & Bridal
For customised, bridal, or made-to-measure orders, a design consultation may be required. Production timelines and pricing will be confirmed once specifications are approved. Production begins only after payment is received in full. These orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.
VI. PRICING & PAYMENT
6.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include international duties, taxes, or shipping charges within and outside India. These must be paid by the customer and are not reimbursable by NANDINI.
NANDINI reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Orders placed prior to such changes will not be affected.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following:
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• UPI
• Bank transfers (for offline custom orders)
• Third-party payment gateways as integrated on the Website
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
VII. DELIVERY
7.1 Shipping Partners & Methods
NANDINI ships through reliable logistics providers including DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Blue Dart, and others depending on the delivery location.
Delivery options include:
• Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days
• Express Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Same Day Delivery (Hyderabad only): Available for ready-to-buy items placed before 6 PM
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by national holidays, regional disruptions, or force majeure events. While we aim to always deliver within The specified times, we are not responsible for delay due to custom clearance or failed payment approval.
7.2 International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and related charges. These fees are determined by the local customs authority of the recipient country and are non-refundable.
VIII. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns only on ready-to-buy pieces, subject to the following conditions:
• Request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and accessories intact
• A return will only be processed after communication with our Client Service team
• Refunds are issued as store credit only
Returns are not accepted for:
• Customised, altered, or made-to-measure garments
• Opened or used sealed items
• Orders placed during private sale or with special discount codes
All return shipping costs within India are covered if the issue is on our part (e.g., incorrect item). For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping and customs fees.

IX. ALTERATION POLICY
We provide alteration services to ensure optimal fit for our clients.
9.1 Complimentary Alterations:
• Hem adjustments
• Bust/back repositioning
• Minor tapering and seam tightening
9.2 Paid Alterations (Subject to surcharge):
• Sleeve additions
• Skirt-to-pant transformations
• Significant resizing beyond two sizes
• Length extensions requiring additional fabric
Alterations must be requested at the time of purchase and may affect delivery timelines. We do not guarantee alteration feasibility on all fabrics or silhouettes.
X. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate size, address, and contact details
• Review order summary before confirming payment
• Take reasonable care of the products upon delivery
• Follow garment care instructions provided
NANDINI is not liable for damages caused by mishandling, washing errors, or alterations made outside of our studio and boutiques.
XI. WARRANTY & DEFECTS
Each piece undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. In the rare case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, clients must notify NANDINI within 24 hours of delivery. A resolution will be provided via replacement or store credit.
No warranty is offered on wear and tear, stains, or accidental damage once the product has been worn or used.
XII. GIFT SERVICES
Complimentary gift packaging is available on request. Custom gift messaging may be added during checkout or by informing our Client Advisors at the time of placing the order.
XIII. PRIVACY & DATA USE
Client data is collected for the purpose of order processing, customer support, and brand communication. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.

XIV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NANDINI will not be held responsible for:
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website
• Delays or service disruptions due to force majeure
• Inaccuracies due to technical limitations such as browser display or monitor settings
We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorised access to the Website or account misuse by third parties.
XV. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
